The Methodology
1. The Methodology: The "F.A.S.T." System
To stand out from the competition, FluentHub needs a clear, catchy methodology. It will be based on the communicative approach and the "flipped classroom" concept. Let's call it F.A.S.T. (Fluency & Active Speaking Training).
What this means for the student:
F — Focus on speaking (80/20 Rule): Students speak 80% of the time during the lesson; the teacher speaks 20%. No long, boring 40-minute lectures.
A — Applied Grammar: We don’t learn rules just for the sake of rules. If you learn the Present Perfect, you immediately use it to roleplay a job interview and talk about your experience.
S — Spaced Repetition: All new vocabulary is built into interactive flashcards on the school’s platform. The algorithm prompts students to review words exactly when their brain is about to forget them.
T — Tech-driven (Flipped Classroom): Students study the theory (short videos, grammar rules) before the lesson. They come to the live class strictly to practice and speak, not to listen to a lecture.
2. Classes & Formats (The Product Lineup)
Course names should sound like achievable goals, not boring school curriculum levels.
"Zero to Hero" Track (From Scratch to Confident Basics)
Format: Mini-groups (up to 6 people).
Goal: Overcome the fear of speaking, learn essential "survival" English for traveling, and master basic small talk.
"Fluency Sprints" (Intensive Speaking Courses)
Format: 4-week deep-dive sprints for B1-B2 levels.
Goal: Get comfortable speaking on specific topics (e.g., Travel Sprint, IT & Tech Sprint). Homework includes recording voice messages in a dedicated Telegram chat.
"Career Hub" (Business English)
Format: 1-on-1 or paired lessons.
Goal: Prep for job interviews in English, write a standout CV, master business emails, and learn how to pitch projects confidently.
Bonus Value: "Hub Talks" (Speaking Club)
Weekly Saturday meetups. This isn't just random chatting—these are gamified sessions (e.g., playing Mafia in English, holding debates, movie discussion clubs, or speed-networking formats).
3. The Teachers: Who are they at FluentHub?
At FluentHub, there are no strict "school teachers" with a red pen. Your teaching staff is positioned as Language Mentors.
How to describe them on your website and social media:
Top 5% Selection: "We rigorously screen our candidates and hire only the top 5%. All our mentors hold international teaching certificates (CELTA/TESOL) and have a confirmed C1+ (Advanced) proficiency level."
Edutainers (Educators + Entertainers): "Our mentors know how to explain complex concepts simply—using memes, Netflix clips, and real-world scenarios instead of outdated textbooks."
Psychological Comfort: "A FluentHub mentor’s main goal is to create a safe space where you aren't afraid to make mistakes. We correct you gently, without interrupting your flow of thought."
Continuous Feedback: "Once a month, your mentor will hold a 15-minute 1-on-1 session with you to review your progress, celebrate your wins, and adjust your learning track if needed."
