Your first-day setup
Follow these five steps in order. Each button takes you directly to the right page.
Create account and workspace
Sign up and create the workspace where all conversations, analytics, and settings will live.
- Use your company/team name so teammates can find the workspace quickly.
- Keep one workspace per product line or support team.
Connect your first channel
Start with the fastest option for your team. Telegram is usually the quickest way to validate your flow.
- Telegram: add bot token from @BotFather.
- WhatsApp/Email/Web Widget: connect from Integrations after login.
Send a real test message
Use your connected channel to send a message and verify your pipeline end-to-end.
- Check that the conversation appears in Requests.
- Confirm that AI tags and coaching hints are visible.
Add knowledge for better replies
Give Airi context so your agents and AI replies stay consistent from day one.
- Add 5-10 common Q&A snippets your team answers daily.
- Connect your knowledge base or docs links for richer context.

Invite team and go live
Bring your managers into the workspace and start operating in one shared support view.
- Assign roles and response responsibilities early.
- Review dashboard and QA trends at the end of day one.
Make rollout smooth
- Start with one channel first, then add others after your team confirms the workflow.
- Use consistent tags and taxonomy names to keep analytics clean.
- Schedule a 15-minute weekly review to track response quality and coaching impact.
