WhatsApp campaign delivery

Marketing messages that actually arrive.

airi.chat sends WhatsApp campaigns through Meta's Marketing Messages API, checks your account and audience before every send, and tells you in plain words why a message failed.

What airi.chat does around every send

Delivery depends on your account, your audience and Meta's limits. These checks run without extra setup.

  • Marketing Messages API

Once your WhatsApp Business Account is onboarded, marketing templates go through Meta's Marketing Messages API, where Meta delivers more of the messages people engage with. Service and utility messages stay on the Cloud API.

  • Readiness check

Before a campaign starts, airi.chat asks Meta whether your number can send. A blocked account, a payment problem or a business limit stops the campaign with the reason and how to fix it.

  • Clean audience

People who tapped Meta's stop button are left out automatically. You can also skip everyone whose last message failed because of their number or Meta's limits.

  • Contact frequency

By default, a contact gets no more than one campaign message every 24 hours and three a week, so a busy month doesn't turn into spam.

  • Paced sending

Batches follow your messaging limit and your number's throughput. When Meta asks to slow down (130429), airi.chat waits and sends the rest.

  • Pauses on account problems

If every failure in a batch has the same account-level error, the campaign pauses instead of using up your list. Fix the cause, confirm it and retry the failed messages.

  • Template health

airi.chat follows Meta's quality rating and category changes for your templates, so you see a downgraded or re-categorised template before the next send.

What no tool can switch off

Some limits are Meta's rules. Knowing them saves money and protects your number's quality rating.

  • Per-person marketing limit

Meta limits how many marketing messages one person receives from all businesses. Over the limit, the message fails with 131049. Sending it again soon usually fails too, so airi.chat never retries these automatically.

  • US numbers

Meta has paused marketing templates to +1 (US) numbers since April 1, 2025. Utility and authentication templates still deliver.

  • Opt-in

Message people who agreed to hear from you on WhatsApp. Opt-outs from Meta's stop button are respected in every campaign.

Questions and answers

Straight answers about Meta's limits and what airi.chat changes.

Can airi.chat get around Meta's marketing limits?

No, and no tool can. The limits are Meta's. airi.chat uses the Marketing Messages API where your account supports it, keeps your audience clean and spaces out messages, so more of them arrive.

What is the Marketing Messages API?

Meta's API for marketing templates, formerly called Marketing Messages Lite. It uses your existing WhatsApp number and templates, and Meta optimises delivery for messages people engage with.

Are Meta's message charges included?

No. Meta bills WhatsApp messages separately, and airi.chat fees don't include them.

Why did my campaign pause by itself?

When every failure in a batch has the same account-level error, for example a payment problem, airi.chat pauses the campaign so the rest of your list isn't wasted. Fix the cause, confirm it and retry.
